Formal nominations is where the online nomination form is completed and supporting images are uploaded.
The cost to nominate a project is $800 incl GST per nomination.
The cost to nominate a person is $150 incl GST per nomination.
Judging: 22 May – 23 July 2021
Judging process will commence, site inspections for the Award for Best Refurbishment and Award for Best Retirement Living Development will be arranged along with interviews for the people categories.

Each regional winner will become the national finalist for their respective category and progress to the National Retirement Living Awards to be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner on 23 November 2021, Gold Coast.
National Retirement Living Awards Gala Dinner: 23 November 2021
National winners for all six categories will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner being held during the National Retirement Living Summit. Tickets go on sale when registrations for the Summit open in May 2021. Tickets to the Awards Gala dinner can be purchased individually or as part of a registration to the Summit.
