Alison is responsible for leading the sales and marketing of the final Stage 3 – 88 apartments at BaptistCare’s The Gracewood Community in Kellyville.
She has managed and nurtured prospective residents over the last 18 months since launching in late 2018 to selling and settling over 100 residents moving in on 1 July 2020, all within a month of construction completion.
Alison has managed to overcome some extensive challenges including holding prospects over two Christmas breaks, delays in construction, intensive competitive activity in Sydney’s Hills district, and the slowdown due to COVID-19, to emerge as the undisputed leader in retirement living sales for the area.

Alison is a results-orientated retirement living sales specialist with a progressive career spanning 10 years within the sector. She is personally credited with driving strong sales results within a highly competitive market and has established a solid track record for outperforming sales targets and high conversion rates.
