The National Retirement Living Awards celebrate high achievement across all parts of the retirement living sector. The Awards contain seven categories, recognising people and companies doing great work to ensure senior Australians have an enjoyable retirement.
Programmed Award for Village Manager of the Year
for village and community managers who work with residents to achieve a successful, happy and harmonious village.
Ingenia Communities Award for Future Retirement
for people 35 years and under who demonstrate achievement and innovation in the sector or serving the sector.
Imagine Projects Award for Salesperson of the Year
for a Salesperson who achieves outstanding results in leading and driving sales of retirement living units/apartments at one or more retirement villages.
Award for Retirement Living Innovation
for village operators and service providers who can demonstrate how they have implemented innovative practices for the benefit of their retirement village residents.
for village operators and/or designers who have designed great retirement living facilities.
Keeley Green Interior Design Award for Best Refurbishment
for village operators and/or companies who have conducted refurbishment of retirement village units and facilities while ensuring minimal disruption for residents.
Wise Agency Award for Marketing Excellence
for village operators and/or companies that have effectively and innovatively marketed their products and services to prospective residents, leading to an increase in inquiries and/or sales.
The National Retirement Living Summit is the Property Council’s annual national conference dedicated exclusively to the retirement living sector. Senior leaders from retirement village operators and service providers gather to discuss the important issues and trends affecting the sector and to create and expand their networks.
The Retirement Living Council plays a critical role in the ongoing growth and sustainability of the retirement living industry. It is the only national organisation solely focused on advocating on the critical issues facing housing and services for older Australians, supporting and promoting members and the retirement living industry at large. The Retirement Living Council is a national division of the Property Council.
